Your Personal Home Page
Normally, when you go to the front page of Games4TV, you see a list of icons of our featured games, a small group of the newest, most popular or most recently updated games. But now, you can personalize your front page to show your own favorite games, every time you log in.
Setting Your Favorite Games
To make your personal "favorites" home page, click the link that says "Edit Favorites". You will then see a list of all games with check boxes next to the names. Check which games you would like to see as icons on your front page.
All of the other games (the ones you don't select) will appear at the bottom of the page as text links, so you will always be able to get to any game. Your Favorite Games list let you to put the games you like to play most at the top as icons, in your own personal game center.
When you have finished choosing the games you want, scroll down and click the button that says "SAVE". The page will tell you that you have updated your Favorite Games list. You can then select View Favorites to return to your new home page with your favorites, or Edit Favorites to change them again.
Once you've selected your favorites, they'll appear in two columns in the center of your home page. On the right will be a small list of our featured games, so that we can make sure you see the latest enhancements and new games.
Changing and Resetting Favorites
You can change your favorites whenever you like, just by clicking the Edit Favorites link. If you decide that you do not want to display your favorite games, but instead would like to see the featured games, edit the favorites and uncheck every box and click the SAVE button. The original Featured Games list will be restored.
Tips for Favorites
TIP 1: The more games you pick the slower the page will load, but it's your choice. Any game you check will show up as an icon. You might want to pick an even number of games because that will look best on the page.
TIP 2: If you like the card games, check the Card Room checkbox instead of the individual card games, since every card game always links to the card room first to speed up game loading.
TIP 3: The Featured Games list on the side will change from time to time, so if there is a Featured game that you want always displayed, go ahead and save it in your Favorites.
