Cinqo Versions

We now have 3 versions of Cinqo! so that you can play the way you like.

Classic Cinqo!: This is the basic single-player game that we had before (now with the scoring bugs fixed). It uses the 2-column layout, and doesn't save your score or take you to leaderboards. For a little private fun, use this. If you liked the layout of rows instead of columns better, play Cinqo Family Edition with 1 player.

Cinqo! Leader Boards: This uses a cookie to track your score and, if it's your highest today, saves it to the leaderboard. It also saves a permanent high-score record for you. If your score on a game is not higher than one you've previously scored, it won't offer you the leaderboard when the game is over, and will just tell you "Game over."

Cinqo! Family Edition: The Family Edition lets you select 1 to 4 players to play against each other. If you choose more than one, the game will swap turns among the players in order, and will track all of their scores. Each player has a color (shown in the totals). The pointer indicates whose turn it is, and the page background color changes to that player's color.

Many people told us that they played Cinqo together with another member of the family, so we made Cinqo! Family Edition so that they wouldn't have to wait for one player to complete a game before the next player's turn.
